    4) Repeat 1, 2 & 3 to add

        more attendees, then
    5) Select payment method

        (Visa or Master Card) and
    6) Click "Next"
        (Appears next to "Cancel"

        not appear, perhaps you

        did not hit the "add"

        button for the last person
